This international leading global manufacturer of aerial work platforms are looking for a Spare Parts Interpreter.

Join the aftermarket services team to carry out all spare parts functions providing, workshop and field service team support, customer service, dealers and interstate branch support.

Offering a total product solution that is unparalleled in the EWP industry to ensure customer service excellence. Experience with EWP's would be an advantage.

Role Duties:

  • Responsible for Parts Sales and the achievement of the spare parts budget
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to create solutions
  • Manage inventory through ERP system
  • Conduct stocktakes / cycle counts
  • Receiving and dispatching of goods for local and interstate customers

You Will Need:

  • Ability to identify and exceed customer expectations
  • High regard for customer service
  • Strong time management with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of parts related to agricultural mixer wagons (not essential but will be highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of parts related to rough terrain forklifts and dump trucks (not essential but will be highly regarded)
