Support Faculty HODs with BAAE moderation and quality assure enacted curriculum

  • Support the roll of version 9 AC, incorporating Global Competence
  • Work in a team in supporting teachers in delivering quality learning and teaching through our signature pedagogical practices
  • Activate staff to help lead students to on a range of projects and platforms to promote our commitment to social justice, equity and inclusion for all
  • Sustain partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies and local community groups to advocate learner agency
  • Liaise with other staff managing additional cocurricular learning programs for students from Years 7 to 12 both at and beyond the school
  • Cultivate learner agency in existing and new cocurricular initiatives as referenced and identified by students
  • Work in partnership with other Heads of Department to create opportunities for students to engage with the community in a range of servicelearning projects to support the greater Yeronga community
  • Establish the Yeronga State High School Alumni Association and subsequent engagement activities
  • Work with HOD Middle School with Student Leadership/SRC/Interact
