RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead a team of 5 professionals (HR, AP, AR, and Assistant Accountant)
  • Develop and train team members
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Leadership team to enhance business performance
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including Board Reports
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variation analysis
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP
  • Manage cash flow projections for business liquidity
  • Review sales contracts for commercial viability
  • Analyze financial data to identify cost reduction opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial and tax reporting regulations
  • Coordinate with external auditors, IT Providers, and legal contacts as necessary

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be CPA/CA qualified
  • Demonstrated experience in Financial Management, preferably in an SME
  • Proficient in accounting principles and ATO Compliance
  • Experience with ERP systems and Advanced Excel
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels
