The Principal Product Owner - Disruption Service Recovery is responsible for driving the vision and strategic direction of the Disruption Service Recovery portfolio, which manages the proactive recovery strategy and technology used to recover customers when things don't go to plan across key parts of the customer journey.


This role will work collaboratively with Digital and Technology teams as well as operational areas including Cabin Crew, Airports & Contact Centres to develop recovery frameworks, tools and Digital solutions that empower our front-line teams to support and recover customers when things don't go to plan.

You'll have Tertiary qualification Extensive experience working in and leading Digital squads Experience in managing digital payment products Proven project management skills Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills Commercial acumen Creative and abstract problem solving Contribute to and implement the vision and strategy for product, program and/or service to enable ongoing customer engagement and facilitate continuous improvement Lead and manage all enhancements and improvements to product, program and/or service to ensure consistently high-quality deliverables are being provided Closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to explore and evaluate opportunities for improvement and optimisation and align business needs to drive efficiencies Develop and drive communication plans to raise business awareness of and support for change initiatives and ensure a consistent message Champion, monitor and report on relevant large change initiatives against agreed strategic and operational plans- Why Qantas?_
