About the role
The role of an

Admin 2IC is to help and support the Office Manager to oversee all administrative aspects of the day to day running of the Physiotherapy Practice, and seamless organisation when the Office Manager is away. You will work on the front desk, as well as closely with the Office Manager and Practice Leader (physio in charge) to ensure every patient's expectations are exceeded.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys a range of office and administration responsibilities including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling bookings, processing payments, updating data, and general cleaning
  • Can provide 2IC support to the office manager and admin team when needed,
  • Is comfortable in a handson role, being the first point of contact for patients on the reception desk,
  • Demonstrates the highest level of customer care & service skills,
  • Desires to strive to always look at how to improve the way we do business,
  • Shows attention to detail,
  • Is able to work and supervise autonomously,

Skills and experience

  • Exceptional organisational and problem solving skills,
  • Interest in people management skills,
  • Strong work ethic,
  • Experience with Hicaps and/or medical software (Gensolve preferred)
  • Possess reception/2IC experience (preferably in the Medical/Allied Health industry),
  • Flexibility to be rostered Monday through to Friday, to suit you
