The Role:
Production Super Star


This amazing position - working as a Production team member in our Melbourne store will play a pivotal role in efficiently creating and packaging beautiful gifts for our customers, ensuring our customers receive the most exceptional gifting experience.


Working under the guidance of our Melbourne Store Manager, you will work collaboratively in a team across all our departments including Hampers, Blooms, Plants and Packing.


As we approach significant retail events such as Father's Day & Christmas, we're looking for new casual team members to join now, learn the ropes and start gifting with us.


Production Team Members' will be responsible for:

  • Creating our range of gifts as per our product designs and guidelines
  • Packing and dispatching gifts
  • Assisting with stock management
  • Assisting with daily store operations including production, dispatch, cleaning and maintenance
  • And most importantly, sharing our mission of Giving Joy.
  • Flexible casual availability throughout the retail calendar
  • Positive attitude and solution focused in their approach to work
  • Confident team player & enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
  • Problem solving skills & goal orientated
  • Loves attention to detail, even to the smallest details
  • Experienced in working in a fastpaced work environment such as Hospitality/Retail
  • Love spreading joy and our values o_f Connection, Innovation, Joy and Growth_
