It is currently an exciting time at National Jet Systems as we look forward to introducing the Airbus A220 into our fleet.

National Jet Systems has established bases in Brisbane, Sydney, Hobart, Canberra and Melbourne.

To be selected for this role, you will require:

  • A220 type rating
  • Australian ATPL, or ICAO ATPL with ability to transfer to Australian ATPL
  • Minimum 4000 hours total
  • Minimum 1000 hours command on aircraft over 20T MTOW
  • Minimum 1000 hours experience on jet aircraft
  • Minimum 500 hours command on jet aircraft
  • Minimum 100 hours on A220
  • Hold a current Multi Engine Aeroplane Instrument Rating
  • Current endorsements for Instrument Approach 2D and 3D
  • Level 6 English language qualification on your licence
  • A CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively
  • A working knowledge of CASA regulations and industry guidance and requirements
  • Be eligible for an Australian Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC)
  • Hold a passport with at least 6 months' validity
