Our company group is a diverse mix of designers, developers, squad leads, solution architects and growth.

We are currently entering our next phase of growth, which means we are looking to hire a Product Designer to boost our UX/UI capabilities.

But you are not alone Our design team will be there to help you every step of the way.

What does this role look like?

  • Using our Way of Working activity kit to assist you in the creation of key artefacts such as user journeys, story maps, and user interviews.
  • Facilitating and leading discovery workshops with our clients and your team members.
  • Developing Design Systems for projects and following through with implementation.
  • Iteratively improve on projects as learning is made from observed user behaviour and metricsgathering tools.

We'd be thrilled if you have:

  • A strong portfolio of work
  • Experience in Figma and frontend development (HTML/CSS/SASS/JS) will be looked on favourably
  • Worked with clients directly and you are comfortable facilitating meetings
  • Empathy to understand user's needs, whilst managing business goals and requirements
  • Experience working within a design system and the ability to improve and contribute to it
  • The ability to identify and implement process improvements to the way we work as a company

  • Evolving both as a designer and individual through dedicated L&D each week which includes PechaKucha style presentations with your design team. Previous topics include the ancient Egyptian influence on design, writing urban fantasy and the power of sound baths
  • Friday afternoon "Inspiration Jams" and training/development sessions, a great chance to come into the office and see each other IRL for a change
