The Opportunity


Based at our Dandenong Head Office, this role is loaded with opportunity to gain exposure to all facets of HR, ER and IR.

Designed to be a "next step" position for applicants looking to take their general HR experience to the next level, this is a role suitable for applicants with a genuine desire to embrace opportunity and expand their knowledge.


The key duties of this role will include:
Preparation of various HR related letters and documentation;
Providing support to the business with general HR policy and process questions;
Assist with the development of HR policies & procedures;
Maintaining the Position Description catalogue;
Assist with monthly and annual HR reporting and metrics;
Assisting with the annual employee engagement survey process;
Assisting with various HR, diversity and recruitment projects;
Assisting the HR Manager to prepare for Industrial Relations related events;
Provide general support to the HR Manager and wider HR team;
Preparation and administration of employment contracts and addendums;
HR is a dynamic, fast paced and people centric element of our business and the perfect environment to grow and evolve along with the role

What you will need:

Applicants considered suitable for this position will:
Have a stakeholder-oriented approach and a genuine interest to connect with other members of the HR team and the business as a whole;
Be a natural "people person" who is approachable, open and supportive;
Be a self motivated individual who understands team dynamics and complements our existing team
Have a relevant HR qualification or working towards obtaining a HR qualification;
Be experienced working within a HR or Recruitment team;
Have a strong work ethic and "roll up your sleeves and get it done" team orientated approach;
Provide exceptional attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. This is a role requiring you to juggle multiple tasks at once
Demonstrate solid skills in Microsoft Word & Excel;
