Avard Civil is seeking a Full-Time experienced Finance Administrator / Book Keeper to assist the finance department.

The successful applicant will be joining a dynamic team in our new administration office situated in East Bendigo.

Working hours and conditions can be flexible and will be negotiated with successful applicant.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Experienced computer skills including Internet and Microsoft office
  • Proficient in Excel & Data Spreadsheets
  • Demonstrated accounts payable and receivable experience
  • Experienced in Accounting Packages & Payroll Processing

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable Management
  • Accounts Receivable Management
  • Payroll, Superannuation, Workcover, Payroll Tax, LSL, STP
  • End of Month reconciliations & journals
  • Maintenance of Insurance policies
  • BAS preparation & reporting

Preferred qualities:

  • Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software
  • Strong administrative abilities with a high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to keep on top of multiple tasks
  • Competent follow up skills

Salary:
From $30.00 per hour
