About the Role:
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bar and Gaming Attendant.

As a Bar and Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring all customers receive exceptional service, including taking orders, serving drinks, operating gaming machines, and maintaining a clean and tidy gaming room.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve drinks and food to customers
  • Operate and maintain gaming machines
  • Keep the gaming room clean and tidy
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle cash and operate a point of sale system
  • Ensure all customers comply with gaming regulations

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to operate a point of sale system
  • Good understanding of gaming regulations
  • Ability to handle cash and make change accurately
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in a customerfacing role, not necessarily as a bar and gaming attendant
