**Overview
As the Integrated Communications and Performance lead you will report to our Head of Marketing for General Insurance all whilst working in a hybrid environment from our Melbourne office and at home on a 12-month contract and full time

You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a 12-month calendar of marketing activity including:

  • Acquisition
  • Brand
  • Regulatory and business activities to existing or potential Bupa customers.


And finally, you will be at the heart of building awareness, driving acquisition leads and growing the business, not just limited to General Insurance.

How will I help?


Your focus is to mature, achieve and bring marketing activity, and its constant optimisation across paid and owned channels particularly digital channels.

You will do this by leading agile ways-of-working and collaborating with different parts of the business, to ensure an amazing, connected customer experience

Your everyday jobs are but not limited to:

  • Lead develop and implement integrated campaign strategies informed by data and insights, which deliver an optimal customer experience.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders outside of Marketing
  • Deploy marketing efficiency and effectiveness measures including distribution of budget, ROI, performance metrics and dashboard reporting.
  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure fiscally responsible spending and adherence to Bupa's purchasing / invoicing process.

What do I need?

  • Firstly, marketing (dare we say, managing marketing activity?) is something that just makes your heart flutter.
  • You are a master of language, that will work with our stakeholders to create extraordinary presentations to influence senior leaders and create great outcomes.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to quickly build & maintain trust whilst working collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • Holding oodles of knowledge in end toend campaign strategy development and delivery experience from another large corporate office, that is equally as large as Bupa.
  • A solid understanding of marketing, advertising or media agency experience is considered an asset
