We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Officer for an immediate start with one of our government clients within the Adelaide CBD location.


The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Minor investigations
  • Assisting with risk assessments
  • Site inspections
  • Collaborating with the team to solve issues safely
  • Intrastate travel to regional areas
  • Some contractor management on site

Experience Required

  • Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (minimum Cert IV OHS/WHS)
  • Workplace First Aid Certificate and valid CPR Certificate
  • Construction Safety Induction (white card)
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • C Class
  • Availability to travel Intrastate regional areas
  • Incident investigation training (such as ICAM or Taproot)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and business partnering / influencing skills
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant legislative and compliance requirements
