Mater Health Perioperative Nurses Opportunity

Mater Health is looking for Perioperative Nurses (EN's and RN's) to join our regional casual pool. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in stunning locations like Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Mackay, and Townsville.

We value your input on the shifts/hours you prefer, whether it's a day, a week, or longer periods. You'll have flights and accommodation provided to make your transition smooth.

We seek Perioperative Nurses with experience in:

  • Scrub Scout
  • Anaesthetics
  • PACU
  • Cath Lab
  • Pre-Admissions
  • Endoscopy

Salary Range:

  • $37.10 per hour plus benefits for Enrolled Nurses
  • $40.27 per hour plus benefits for Registered Nurses

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care with clinical expertise
  • Apply clinical assessment procedures accurately and timely
  • Implement quality and risk management strategies
  • Maintain professional growth and adapt to new care models
  • Work effectively with colleagues in a skilled team

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and AHPRA Registration
  • Prior experience in a hospital with periop experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to continual improvement in healthcare
