Labourer/cleaner

• We are looking for labourers/cleaners to help our Restoration Crew

Linx Restoration is a market leader when it comes to insurance restoration work in Australia, operating offices throughout VIC, TAS, NSW, ACT, QLD, SA & WA.

For more than 35 years we have specialised in restoration works to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, impact and malicious damage.

Reporting to the Restoration Manager, the Restoration Labourer/Technician is responsible for remediation and restoration services from small claims through to major loss claims.

In conjunction with our construction teams, the Restoration Labourer/Technician is responsible for builders cleans as well as technical restoration, building strip outs, and restoration treatments all while working closely with supervisors and administration teams.

It is predominantly a multi-site-based role, responsible for all site-based building and contents restoration works, dealing with customers and utilising specialised equipment.

Initial onsite training is provided along with formal accreditation training available to long term casuals and or those team members who become permanent team members.

• Full Drivers License and Construction /industry White Card

• Demonstrated history, experience and or willingness to learn within the cleaning and/or building industry is highly desirable
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Ability to work with people across various skill levels

• Customer service skills and good communication skills are essential as this role will be onsite dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
• Most importantly a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn
