Nursing Trainer

BKI is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the Health and Community Centre Of Excellence (HACCOE) team in Essendon to educate aspiring nurses and motivate the future professionals.

Situated in Essendon, the HACCOE center boasts state-of-the-art facilities with simulated labs and specialized equipment to train healthcare professionals. Our dedicated staff bring valuable experience and knowledge to support student development.

As a Nursing Educator, you will provide high-quality vocational education and training for students in the Diploma of Nursing program. You will also conduct competency-based assessments in various settings such as classrooms, workplaces, and online platforms.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the field and:

• Is a Registered Nurse (required)
• Has current industry experience in a nursing specialization area (preferred)
• Has obtained or is willing to pursue a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. We will assist you throughout this course to facilitate your transition from learning to teaching.
• Possesses relevant vocational qualifications and competencies at least at the level to be delivered and assessed
