We are seeking an Agile Governance Specialist for a 12-month contract to support our Federal Government client. You will implement and maintain consistent Agile standards across all teams, develop a unified approach to User Story creation, and provide a cohesive structure for Agile activities as a Scrum Master or similar role.

About You

You are an organized professional with strong leadership and communication skills, adept at ensuring consistency in Agile practices. Your experience with Agile methodologies and ability to foster collaboration will be key to your success.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement consistent User Story creation standards.
  • Ensure Agile standards are met across teams.
  • Provide unified structure for Agile activities, acting as Scrum Master.
  • Facilitate team communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Train and support team members in Agile practices.
  • Maintain Agile process documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 4+ years of Agile project management experience in Federal Government or like.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
