About the role


We're seeking a Program Analyst to support the Program Manager and Business Leads to ensure the 'Customer' projects are effectively governed and reported on, to ensure established processes are adhered to and to identify areas for improvement.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Deliver and/or facilitate a range of program support functions within the Customer & Technology (C&T) Customer Program, to ensure the achievement of best practice Program and Project Management, and alignment to enterprise governance and administrative processes.
  • Provision of all required program support functions including but not limited to program financial management, program and project administration, program and project change control, program governance, quality assurance, risks/issues/dependency management, development, and alignment of program standards with enterprise standards, and support for vendor management.
  • Assist with EPMO governance requirements for 'Customer' projects to ensure adherence to EPMO Governance Processes.
  • Support the Program Manager/Business Leads/ Head of Technology Portfolio Delivery in managing and reporting on the overall Program financials against allocated budgets for 'Customer'.
  • Assist with ensuring the C&T 'Enterprise Roadmap' is updated and reflective of the changes occurring within the Customer Experience portfolio.
  • Assist with project managing smaller scaled projects as and when required by managing scope, budget and timelines in line with the EPMO governance framework and processes.
  • Accountable for ensuring the appropriate 'Change Control' process is followed for Customer projects.
  • Attend Customer Project Steering Committees and record minutes.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

  • Strong problem solving skills and robust analytical, logical and problem-solving (reasoning) skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in the "office toolset" (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Project).
  • Able to handle the challenges of a varied role in a dynamic organisation
  • Selfmotivated with good organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills (written & oral) with the ability to deal effectively with personnel at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience providing governance to projects using scaled agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project and business financial management principles (OPEX, CAPEX, forecasting, estimating, cost benefit analysis, etc.)
