About the role


The Administration Assistant provides direct administrative support to the Home Care Services Group Manager to maintain a high functioning, responsive and collaborative Home Care Services Team.


Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Group Manager to maintain timely and effective internal and external communications, dashboards, CIM and Sharepoint reporting
  • Coordinating calendar and booking logistics for virtual or in person operational, team or client meetings, workshops, training and events
  • Assisting the Group Manager with drafting papers, reports, grants, proposals and projects
  • Recording, preparing and distributing meeting minutes and maintaining organisational records
  • Providing back fill support when other team members are on leave

About you
We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.

  • Previous experience in a similar professional administrative role
  • Strong reporting / recording and time management skills
  • Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to listen and adapt communication to audience
  • Proficient computer and keyboard skills and the ability to use Google Suite including Sheets, Docs, Gmail etc., as well as various inhouse databases
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • A basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as are applicable to the role
