A large & well-known global company (facility management company) has an opening for a HR Business Partner for their NSW business based at Silverwater.

We are looking for an individual who has got at least 5 years' experience HR/IR generalist experience & great understanding of Australian business practices & ER matters.

Reporting to the Director of HR, you will be supported by a larger team in Melbourne, NZ and Brisbane.

You will be the "go to person" for anything HR related matters relation to EBA & projects.

Some of the areas where you can add value immediately are:

• Support HRBP & Head of HR with all operational requirements that relate to HR
• Strong focus on HR advisory & support to staff with all types of matters
• Ensure best practice & compliance are adhered to at all times with policies and procedures
• Able to interpret awards and EBAs
• Be involved with Annual Performance Management

• HR qualifications & diverse experience in generalist role
• Enjoy a diverse role and selfstarter.
• Passion for HR operations, ER & Compliance
• Solid understanding of best practice with Australia legislation
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of business stakeholders
