The Digital Advisory team supports clients to adopt cloud finance-related technology. Lead, advise and consult in the implementation of digital transformation projects.

Act as a key contact for clients as they undertake their digital transformation experience while taking a customer oriented approach with advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the endtoend client engagement including developing project plans to suit client timeline and budget; project managing risks and issues against scope of service
  • Delegating, supervising and reviewing Cloud Solutions Consultants
  • Developing the consulting pipeline for existing clients and advise clients on practical and commercial issues and develop solutions which genuinely add value to the client's business
  • Working to build out the national SME Digital offering including associated training and certification requirements with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Manage the team workflow and communicate with the client partner on a frequent basis on all necessary matters

Essential Requirements:

  • Business / Commerce degree
  • Certifications in relevant software
  • 4+ years' experience in a client facing role
  • Strong written, verbal and problem solving skills
  • Deep understanding of the vendor offering across the Xero ecosystem and SaaS experience
  • Highly aware and skilled in vendor / stakeholder management
  • Exposure to project management best practices and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Degree major in IT and knowledge of the Finance / Accounting sector
  • Experience with Tier 2 ERP solutions
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of digital accounting platforms
