In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to help develop solution oriented communication strategies, support process improvement initiatives, and own program management projects.
- Support the Emergent Communications program with the ability to work flexible hours and participate in oncall rotation
- Own operational programs across Communications team initiatives
- Assist in driving endtoend communications strategies across multiple channel levers to successfully enable Amazon employees to adopt key IT updates, features, and products
- Consult with stakeholders to define business objectives and deploy communications strategies accordingly
