About the Role

Join us as the User Experience Lead, collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer, and Products teams to enhance the digital experience. You will lead digital testing, utilize analytics, and strive for top-notch digital outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading UX and visual design aligned with digital delivery
  • Communicating design concepts through storyboards and sitemaps
  • Enhancing current user interface designs based on data and testing methods
  • Assessing user needs in partnership with product leads
  • Coordinating briefs and identifying business advantages of new features

This part-time role requires 3-4 days per week, offering flexibility in work arrangements.

About You

We seek an experienced UX Lead with a track record of enhancing digital experiences in a dynamic B2C setting. You excel in uniting diverse ideas to achieve optimal results, ideally with a blend of agency and client-side expertise.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in UX design or equivalent
  • 5+ years of UX Lead experience
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
  • Prior exposure to retail or e-Commerce is advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with senior management
