We have a long and successful partnership with the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and we are seeking an experienced
Base EMOS Manager based onsite at Fleet Base West, Rockingham for a secondment opportunity commencing immediately and concluding 30th June, 2024.

You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of all on base service sectors in line with the contract KPIs and objectives.

Your ability to lead teams, demonstrated business acumen and P&L management and your excellent communication skills will be paramount as they will be the key to your success.

Key internal customers for the role are the line supervisors and managers who have operations in your jurisdiction and who's potentially conflicting requirements need to be satisfied.

Hence the ability to provide leadership and work effectively in a matrix structure is critical.

You will lead the communication strategy for the base, liaising with key client stakeholders within the defence base ensuring they are kept informed and updated.

You also champion sharing of key successes and achievements with defence.

This role will require the following skills:

• Ability to lead and energise teams to achieve key KPI's
• Welldeveloped computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Power BI reporting
• Results focused experience with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions
• Able to work in and respond to change effectively and efficiently
• Proven experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Proven track record in financial management
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
• An ability to deal with ambiguity and provide clarity and focus to others.

You must be an Australian citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defence Security Clearance to Apply.
