Our Content Services Team is responsible for group-wide delivery of Document Management, Unstructured Data Intelligence and Document imaging systems that support and underpin Australia's largest bank and lender.


Content Services sits within the broader Operations Technology team which provides the technology to support regulatory and operations teams across the Group.

This team is also a digitisation Centre of Excellence for the Group including workflow, digital signing, document imaging & storage, and robotic automation.


As a Product Manager, you will lead transformational change in CommBank's operations and run and develop the bank-wide delivery of Content Services.


Your core responsibilities:

  • Champion product concepts and work with the team to define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap
  • Establish and maintain relationship with Business Stakeholders and other internal product teams to continually deliver value from the product and drive towards our strategic ambition
  • Use your product expertise and understanding of operational issues to make product and solution recommendations to Business Stakeholders and other product teams
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, other product teams and Business Stakeholders to prioritize the backlog for the product that continuously delivers measurable value towards the product vision, enabling the achievement of the business results
  • Work with the team to drive product definition, design, and prototyping to discover customer problems and create valuable, desirable, and feasible solutions
  • Work with the team to define problems into, user stories and solutions into business value
