The Job:

  • Suiteorganisation and planning with your Suite Manager
  • Planning and organising events
  • Leading from the front, running shifts with ultimate Guest experience
  • Recruiting, training and building your own team of superstars
  • Projecting sales, writing rosters and overseeing it all
  • COGs management, including purchasing, pricing according to budget, maintaining stock levels and financial transactions
  • Managing performance through performance reviews, feedback and coaching
  • All other operations of the restaurant including food safety, OH&S, maintenance and more
