This is the perfect opportunity for current Cafe Managers or senior store managers who are ready to take the next step in their career and join a professional hospitality group.

This role is based in Narellan Town Centre.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the outlet and the team.

It is imperative that you are accountable, operationally savvy, understand store operations and commercials and you're a hands-on leader that empowers and engages with the team.

You:

You will have met the following criteria to be successful:

• Must have proven experience in Café/Restaurant/QSR industry
• Be accountable and a strong leader with ability to delegate
• Not just be KPI driven, but also have the intuition to understand customer and staff needs at all times
• Be customer centric in addition to recruit, train and develop staff
• Have a collaborative approach to daily tasks
• Coffee making and food handling experience is essential
• Ability to create an engaged team culture and influence change
• Be a team captain and know how to manage staff (up to 35 staff per shift)
• Be able to complete rosters and conduct weekly reporting
• Have solid stock management experience
• Venues are open 7 days a week (10 am to 11 pm)
• 5day rotating roster (38 hours p/week) be available on weekends
• Must have full working rights in Australia
