Due to company-wide growth, our client requires additional support to continue providing exceptional support to their valued customers.

About the Role
As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support to customers lodging claims. You will respond to inbound phone calls and make outbound calls responding to enquiries and claim lodgments.

At times, the claims you respond to will be of a sensitive nature, and you will often be dealing with vulnerability and will be required to provide support and empathise with people in a time of need.

You may be required to assist in case management, although not the end-to-end process.

You will also be required to follow up with claims and make calls during quiet periods to assist the broader team in ensuring the claims can be processed as efficiently as possible.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity, with potential to extend or go permanent, to start as soon as possible. There will be plenty of internal opportunities for growth and development.
