Are you an energetic and enthusiastic fitness coach with a passion for helping people on their fitness journey? Great Mates & Gals Bootcamp, located in The Gap, is seeking a vibrant and personable Outdoor Bootcamp Coach to join our close-knit community-focused fitness program.

Great Mates & Gals Bootcamp is a welcoming and supportive fitness community dedicated to assisting men and women in achieving their fitness goals while fostering a sense of camaraderie and friendship.

Our unique outdoor bootcamp programs provide an environment where fitness meets fun, and our members thrive.

Who We're Looking For:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead dynamic and engaging outdoor bootcamp sessions tailored for both men and women.
  • Offer personalised guidance and support to help participants reach their fitness objectives.
  • Cultivate a positive and motivating training atmosphere.
  • Foster a sense of community and teamwork among participants.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all attendees during sessions.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness or higher.
  • Current CPR & First Aid certification.
  • Personal and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
  • Must maintain a fit, strong, and healthy lifestyle; you should be able to lead by example.

Salary:
From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability
