About Your New Role


Are you a resilient and patient individual who thrives on making the biggest impacts and helping where it counts? We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers to support our valued customers in Wellington Point.

You will be actively supporting and creating an environment that promotes communication, continuous improvement, and skill development.

You will be providing supervision and support to our customers and demonstrating your experience with complex needs in and daily tasks in and outside of residential care.

You will be confident in providing support and actively connect with customers to inspire partnerships. Our Disability Support Workers create opportunities of support that encourage every individual to realise the possibilities available to them.

About You

  • Demonstrate high levels of personal care and assistance
  • Demonstrate levels of expertise in deescalation and can confidently implement care plans
  • Provide effective communication and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload and respond to emergent situations
  • Experience working with complex customers providing residential care and community access
  • Morning, Afternoon and Overnight Shifts required

What You Need:

The successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain:

  • Current Open Driver's Licence
  • Full COVID 19 Vaccinations
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (Yellow card)
  • Working with Children (Blue card)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
