We are currently
a seeking a
Programmer Analyst to work as part of Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific (ANZSP) IT&DA team based in our Brisbane office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daytoday third level support of IT systems by facilitating access, deploying requirements, enhancements, extensions, root cause analysis and associated processes.
  • Establishing a level of professional knowledge of the QMS systems in a reasonable period that can be used and relied upon in support of business requirements.
  • Developing, preparing and maintaining technical documentation for assigned area of responsibility
  • Performing work of similar nature in other areas of the company when operational needs dictate.
  • Outofhours oncall availability in support of weekly and monthly internal/external Business Management key activities.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information technology and/or industry experience
  • Awareness of ITIL practices
  • Exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Report writing and process management experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of system administration.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Able to work effectively within a group environment and with people across all organizational levels
  • Ability to obtain/retain Defence Security clearance.

Desirable skills could include:

  • Certification or knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Project coordination and/or project management skills
  • Exposure to Intelex IQMS product
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps
