We are on the lookout for an experienced Coding Architect to join our team and contribute to our continuous expansion.

Specializing in designing, implementing, and maintaining software integrations, our Engineers play a crucial role in linking different systems to streamline workflows and data exchange. By utilizing cutting-edge technologies and following industry-standard best practices, we ensure strong, scalable, and secure integrations that align with the company's technological framework and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Coding Architect, your main responsibility will be leading the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software architecture for intricate systems. You will focus on creating scalable, efficient, and reusable code while offering technical guidance and leadership to the development team.

  • Design and implement robust software architecture solutions meeting scalability, performance, and reliability criteria.
  • Establish coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency and maintainability throughout the codebase.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, encouraging innovation and continual enhancement.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and foster knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and security vulnerabilities in the software architecture.
  • Create and update technical documentation, which includes architectural diagrams, design documents, and API specifications.
  • Embody the company's values and adhere to workplace health, safety, and well-being policies and practices in this role.

Who are you?

  • 5 years of verified experience as a software architect or senior software engineer emphasizing architectural design.
  • Thorough comprehension of software design principles, design patterns, and architectural styles.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical hurdles.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with agile development techniques and DevOps procedures.
  • Leadership skills with a proactive approach to driving initiatives and resolving conflicts.
  • Capacity to work well under pressure.
  • An interest in trading, FX, or general finance (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or Business (preferred)
