About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Senior Corporate Affairs Adviser to join Aurora Energy on a 12-month contract. You'll develop and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes, which enhance Aurora Energy's strategic performance. With a focus on media opportunities and government relations, you'll thrive on having a positive impact to improve business and customer outcomes through engagement with customers and industry representatives.

The role includes preparing high quality correspondence, media events, briefing material, and presentations to a range of audiences, all while taking a collaborative approach.

About You

You're enthusiastic and passionate, with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to communicate and present sensitive and complex issues to a range of audiences. Your natural style is to work collaboratively to build strong rapport and effective relationships that will allow you to influence outcomes.

Finally, you'll have a qualification in Public Relations, communications, stakeholder engagement, public policy or equivalent/demonstrated experience. An understanding of the Australian energy industry and national electricity market is desired.
