St John Vianney's is seeking a

Tuckshop Convenor to manage the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the school tuckshop.

In addition to successfully co-ordinating the running of the tuckshop, you will:

  • Manage ordering of stock,
  • Organisation of volunteers and
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic workspace.

You must demonstrate:

  • An ability to lead, plan, organise and control the daytoday operations of the tuckshop including finance;
  • Experience in food service and knowledge of the nutritional requirements of schoolaged children;
  • Organisational skills, initiative and enthusiasm; and
  • Excellent team work, communication and interpersonal skills.
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.

Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required:Wednesday and Friday with the option to trial Monday's in Term One.

Salary level, range or hourly rate:Services Staff Level 3, Step 2 - $31.48 per hour
