Field Sales Representative Brisbane/Gold Coast

LIQUI MOLY is a leading global automotive brand with a strong presence in Australia. We are currently in search of a skilled, strategic, and enthusiastic salesperson to support our growth plans in automotive consumables, oils, and additives. We have been operating in Australia for over a decade, catering to a loyal customer base, and have recently set up a new subsidiary to elevate our business.
About the role:
We are looking for a field sales representative to contribute to our business activities in Queensland. This role offers the opportunity to kickstart and advance your career, understand our successful approach, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment among a team of ambitious sales professionals.
As a part of this role, your responsibilities will include identifying commercial prospects for LIQUI MOLY within the professional buyer segment, as well as nurturing existing accounts and retail outlets to enhance the usage and advocacy of LIQUI MOLY.
All potential candidates must showcase a proven track record of customer-centricity, the ability to adhere to a structured call schedule, and the drive and enthusiasm to learn, grow, and cultivate a successful sales career.
To excel in this position, it is essential to quickly build trust with clients, think innovatively, explore new lead generation methods, and put in the effort to achieve tangible outcomes.
Sporadic interstate travel may be necessary.
About you:
Preferably, you have background in automotive retail sales, mechanical repairs, or on-the-road account management.You thrive in a structured sales environment, manage your time effectively, and hold yourself accountable. You are action-oriented, focused on ensuring customer satisfaction by being organized, punctual, attentive, and proactive.You excel at asking pertinent questions, establishing rapport with customers, and devising strategies to uncover new opportunities. You are comfortable with cold calling, adept at building trust, and committed to nurturing enduring relationships.You possess a solid understanding of automobiles and a strong eagerness to expand your knowledge, possibly demonstrating a keen interest in motorsports or vehicle restoration.You are open to learning cloud-based CRM systems to streamline your daily operations.What we offer:
