Fujitsu Australia is seeking an exceptional Innovation and Value Lead to identify and maximize the benefits and value that Fujitsu's investments in systems, processes, and external acquisitions bring to the company.

This is a unique opportunity where your expertise will be pivotal in realizing the full potential of Fujitsu's initiatives.

As the Innovation and Value Lead, you will play a crucial role in assessing and quantifying the benefits derived from Fujitsu's investments.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll identify areas of improvement, develop strategies, and oversee the realization of benefits.

This is not just a finance role; it's a chance to unleash your creativity and contribute to the innovation culture at Fujitsu.

In collaboration with our stakeholders, you'll align Fujitsu's investment capabilities with the company's strategic objectives. By understanding the acquired systems, processes, and outside acquisitions, you'll identify opportunities to enhance performance and drive business growth.

Your financial literacy will be essential in assessing the value-add that these investments bring, ensuring that Fujitsu stays ahead of the competition.


About the role

  • Identify and maximize the benefits and value derived from Fujitsu's investments in systems, processes, and outside acquisitions.
  • Assess and quantify the valueadd of investments, ensuring alignment with Fujitsu's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for realizing benefits.
  • Oversee the entire process of benefits realization, from assessment to measuring against the initial business case.
  • Drive business value by aligning investments with Fujitsu's overall strategy.
  • Lead change management initiatives, facilitate integration efforts, and oversee the program office.

About you:

  • Strong experience in Benefits Realisation Managemen
  • Financial literacy
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including IT and business units.
  • Previous experience working within a inhouse strategic role or a management consultant
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach to understanding needs and communicating value.
  • Resultsoriented and innovative thinker, with a passion for maximizing benefits and driving value.
  • Ability to align investments with strategic objectives and lead change management efforts.
