Job Description Inspirit Coach - 2 Year Contract/Secondment**- Based at Macquarie Park, short walk from Metro Station + WFH options

Exiting new opportunity to play an integral part in change of the model of care within our Residential portfolio. Bring you passion for change and growth, and your belief that there is a better way to support aging.

Reporting to the Project Lead, Model of Care, you will partner with business leaders & their teams, guiding them to co-design, implement & execute the new Inspirit Model of Care.

The ideal applicant will be energetic with a tenacious and positive approach, have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively coach and inspire teams to guide them through a significant transformational change.

In your new role you will be required to travel to sites across Sydney Metro and Regional NSW.

When based on site in the RAC homes, you will be required to commit to extended stays of up to approximately 3 weeks.

• Completion of Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, lean/human centred design/ change and business or service delivery or significant project management experience
• Change and Continuous Improvement _Preferred_
• Min 5 yrs. demonstrated experience in RAC or HCS business stream at an operational level
• Strong analytical ability, problemsolving skills and big picture mindset
• Strong facilitation and workshop skills, ability to provide constructive feedback
• Proficient MS Office and MS Project skills
