We are seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to join our clients growing healthcare business. The role is based in an Elwood Practice and will be a full time permanent role.

What's involved:

  • Daytoday practice operations with welldeveloped medical administrative and operational skills
  • Provide the 6 doctors with daytoday administrative support
  • Work closely with the medical site director for smooth practice operations
  • Collaborate with the administration team to manage daily tasks
  • Function in a highly organised and timeefficient manner
  • Manage practice finances and prepare financial reports
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate positive cultural leadership within a service environment.

You'll need the following:

The successful person will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience as a practice manager, ideally 2+ years
  • Thorough understanding of medical administration
  • Highly developed people skills.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of medical management systems
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems
  • Experience using 'Best practice' software
