The role:

As a Scrum Master at you will play a crucial role in leading and facilitating Agile practices within our project teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritised, and understood by the team.
  • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure the team's productivity and morale.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with business objectives and client needs.
  • Promote and advocate Agile values and principles across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a commercial or digital project environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
