About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will interact with customers, assisting them in finding the perfect pieces to enhance their living spaces.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding individual needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Master premium furniture collections to effectively assist customers.
  • Sales Excellence: Boost sales through compelling product presentation, establishing rapport, and closing deals.
  • Weekend Availability: Be available on weekends to match peak customer traffic.
  • Commission Structure: Take advantage of a competitive commission system for your sales accomplishments.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated background in a retail sales position, preferably in furniture and bedding, appliances, big & bulky items, or a related industry.
  • Customer-Centric: Solid customer service abilities with a talent for creating a memorable shopping experience.
  • Product Passion: A keen interest in premium furniture with a drive to become an industry expert.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Cooperative and capable of working efficiently within a team.
