You keep abreast of current industry requirements in property services and have a willingness to continue to obtain industry knowledge.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to share information with your students through face to face and connected learning.

To be considered for the role you will have:

  • Certificate IV in Property Services
  • Current Class 2 Real Estate Agent's Licence in NSW
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years postqualification experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining professional currency

__ Diploma of Property and/or Degree in Valuation_
