Clough, as part of a joint venture, is currently working on the Project Ceres urea plant, a significant project for Western Australia. This plant is set to be the largest in Australia and among the largest globally, implementing sustainable production processes. The project is anticipated to create 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, contributing to the local community through various opportunities.

Clough is seeking an experienced Plant and Equipment Supervisor to join the Project Ceres team. In this role, you will play a key part in organizing, leading, and controlling all plant and equipment activities to ensure compliance with the construction program. As a Plant and Equipment Supervisor, you will oversee P&E teams, enforce company policies, manage maintenance and repairs efficiently, and uphold safety and quality standards for the project.

About Clough and the Role:

  • Liaising, negotiating, and managing relationships with subcontractors.
  • Minimizing costs to adhere to budget constraints.
  • Ensuring up-to-date Plant Onboarding processes and P&E registers.
  • Managing defects and pre-starts efficiently.
  • Overseeing quarterly inspections and maintenance activities.
  • Supervising roster management and backfilling.
  • Building strong relationships with project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills for the Role:

  • Trade background qualification in Heavy and Light plant & equipment (preferred) with 3-5+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge of construction fleet operations and scheduling maintenance.
  • Perth & FIFO experience requirements.
  • Competence in asset management systems and technical skills.
  • Strong safety, health, and quality assurance mindset.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
