Pay Rate:
$60 per hour + super

• Location: Centennial Park, 3 days in office, 2 WFH
• 6 months Contract + potentials to extend

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Support Specialist.

In this role, you will play a critical part in providing support and guidance to our business units staff on procurement, commercial, and administrative matters.

You will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and reconciliation of accounts in SAP project and Finance systems, as well as aiding Project Managers with accurate allocation of financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance to business units staff on procurement, commercial, and administrative matters.
• Assist in the maintenance and reconciliation of accounts in SAP project and Finance systems.
• Aid Project Managers with accurate allocation of capital, revenue, and expense to various accounts.
• Prepare accurate and timely reconciliation schedules ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Provide financial support functions including the preparation of P&L statements and coordination for divisions.
• Complete timely and accurate processing of journals to meet operational requirements.
• Review systems and processes, recommending improved methods where opportunities exist.

Project Management Systems:
Familiarity with project management systems to effectively support project teams.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problemsolving abilities to address complex financial issues.
• Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Proficiency in SAP project management.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) procurement.
