Based out of our Kilkenny site, an exciting full time, permanent opportunity has become available for an outcome focused and continuous improvement driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our inclusive and highly supportive team.


The Role


Reporting to the State Logistics Manager you will play a pivotal role in supervising all Warehouse operations, inclusive of Glass Production/Hold Floor Inventory.

This role will be responsible for supervising a small team, you will provide clear leadership and direction to ensure effective day to day operations of the Finished Goods Warehouses.

Additional to that but not limited to you will be responsible for:

  • Aged Ware / FIFO Management
  • Site Safety & KPI Reporting
  • Ensuring all Customer & Carrier matters are dealt with promptly and to satisfaction
  • Providing support to other team members as required

What you need to bring to the role:

  • Solid experience in warehouse management having used SAP is a MUST
  • Experience leading and coaching a small team
  • Excellent time management with quick and effective decisionmaking ability
  • You can build strong relationships, enjoy working autonomous and pride yourself with your hands on approach
