Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Reinforces a customercentric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences.
• Serves on Sales Leadership Team and is responsible for total store results.
• Maximizes sales potential by spending 80% of scheduled time on the sales floor.
• Demonstrates excellent customer sales lead (CSL) behaviors.
• Connect with clients and determine their needs.
• Create a luxury experience with brandspecific selling behavior (including product demonstration.)
• Empower the client by teaching them how to use their products.
• Achieve sales objectives by engaging clients in Fragrance
• Attract new fragrance customers.
• Express a passion for fragrance.
• Inspire clients with expertise on fragrance trends and product.
