ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, you will work closely with our Clinical and Hospitality team to provide nutrition assessments and interventions to support our clients across both residential aged care and retirement living. Our team is friendly and supportive and focused on enriching the lives of our residents This is a full time, permanent opportunity based in our Bentley village.

Key responsibilities:


• Support the hospitality team on areas of dietary requirements, menu planning and meeting the aged care food service standards.

• Assist in developing different texture modified and general menu items.

• Complete clinical assessments and reviews.

• Manage the food service software Chefmax.

• Conduct food and/or nutrition related audits.

KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualifications in Dietetics and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD).
  • Experience working in aged care.
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
  • Working rights within Australia.
  • National Police Check.
