The Opportunity

Here at AIA we are proactively growing of Health Insurance product offering and leading the way in the industry.

This has created a rare opportunity to join our Health Claims Team which will allow you to make a true difference to our members.


To do this successfully you will:

  • Assess and settle health insurance claims arising from policies in force
  • Make recommendations on policies and guidelines to group health insurance claims
  • Liaise with members and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA
  • Process all health insurance claims documents timely
  • Answer inquires relating to claims processing
  • Experience in Health Claims ideally Medical or Hospital
  • HAMBS and/or e5 preferred.
  • Strong MS Suite skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
