Duties

Perform functional assessments for young children and develop tailored intervention plans. Collaborate with families and trans-disciplinary teams to implement individualised goals. Provide direct occupational therapy services in both one-on-one and group settings. Support families, educators, and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying updated on best practices.

Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration Experience working with young children with developmental delays preferred but not essential Openness to work in an innovative, dynamic and relationally informed early intervention model Knowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practice Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in navigating digital systems and utilising technology Current drivers' licence, willingness/ability to travel to clients (pool cars provided)
