Big Truck Field Service Technician

Are you a skilled and experienced technician with a passion for large trucks and heavy machinery? All Lift Forklift & Access Equipment is seeking a highly motivated Big Truck Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of large trucks and heavy machinery, including container handlers, reach stackers, and large forklifts.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems..
  • Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries and offering technical guidance.
  • Keep accurate records of all service and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and work performed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with container handlers, reach stackers, and/or large forklifts.
  • Strong background in auto electrical systems and hydraulic components.
  • Familiarity with telehandlers, access equipment, wet brakes, and transmissions.
  • Prior experience in the forklift industry is preferred.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both colleagues and customers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Flexibility to work in various environments, including on-site field service.
  • Experience in Forklifts, Trucks, Telehandlers, Access equipment (highly desirable)
