The Role
We are seeking an influential leader to join our AU Design client in their gorgeous Noosa boutique.

The Assistant Store Manager will partner with the Store Manager to lead the store team to success, and visually emulate the brand vision & values.

They will provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction and will have the ability to confidently execute all operational activity.

We are looking for a talented and energetic ASM to think creatively, work strategically, and continuously explore new ways to lead the team and store to success

• 1+ years' experience as an Assistant Store Manager/2IC or senior team member, ideally from a luxury fashion background
• Be passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail.
• Have excellent organisational and analytical skills.
• Strong business management acumen.
• Be a dynamic and handson leader who leads by example.
• A leader who is passionate about motivating and coaching a team to succeed.
• High emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales and profitability of your Boutique, ensuring the KPI's set by the brand are achieved.
• Deliver an exceptional and experiential level of customer service.
• Confidently partner with your Manager to lead, develop, motivate, support and succession your team to succeed.
• Assist in implementing instore training to deliver excellence.
• Visually emulate the brand vision and mission.
• Execute operational excellence with all stock management, VM and back of house procedures.
• Manage inventory and loss prevention for your boutique.
• Ensure the presentation and visual merchandising standards are met in accordance with brand expectations.
• Utilise data and reports for retail & VM operations.
